Family Ties is located at 30 Common Street in the United Church of Walpole. Our program services children ranging in age from 2.9 years to 7 years. We offer 2 Morning Preschool programs with the options of either 3 or 2 days, as well as a Full Day program with the option of up to 5 days. The hours of operation are from 7:30AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Family Ties is licensed through the Department of Early Education and Care and accredited by NAEYC. Our program participates in Community Partnerships for Children.

The United Church in
Walpole is proud to sponsor a family oriented childcare center. The
center provides a rich nurturing environment for young children to
develop and succeed. The primary purpose of our program is to enhance
the emotional, social, intellectual, and physical growth of all the
children.
Our center is designed to allow the individual child to:
a.. Develop self-esteem through positive reinforcement and
encouragement.
b.. Encourage effective use of problem solving skills
c.. Learn and explore his/her world and the world around them
d.. Develop self-expression through music, dramatic play, science, art
and literature.
Family Ties provides a qualified team of Early Childhood Educators. These educators are patient, understanding, caring, and sensitive to the individual needs of each child. We also provide developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily communication between parents and teachers.

Our program provides a
variety of experiences that will foster learning and encourages
sell-expression and creativity. We strive to make the first learning
experience an enjoyable and memorable one.
Involving families in their child's education is essential. When
children feel secure and confident they are able to concentrate and
develop to their fullest potential. We encourage all families to
participate and visit Family Ties.
It is our goal to provide a safe, nurturing, and fun learning
environment.
We believe children learn best when they are healthy and respected. Our
curriculum is designed to be meaningful and challenging. It is tailored
to meet the individual needs of each child.
Play is also a critical element in a child's development. When your
child leaves our program s/he will have grown socially and
intellectually. S/he will be proud of his/her accomplishments.
